Profile: Sonya Teasley

Director of Human Resources

Sonya joined the All American Check Cashing management team in October 2010 as the Director of Human Resources. Sonya previously worked with All American as a consultant in 2008 and 2009. “I was thrilled when asked to return to the All American team in the role of HR Director. This is absolutely one of the BEST places I have had the opportunity to work. All American consistently pushes the bar by pursuing new opportunities, overcoming challenges and making changes when necessary.”

Sonya has worked in the Human Resource field for 20+ years, at times specializing in the areas of Benefits and HRIS, and also serving in various Generalist and Management roles. Prior to joining All American, Sonya worked with Entergy Corporation for 17 years and with Tritel Communications/ SunCom for 5 years.

Sonya and her husband have two children and live in Ridgeland. Sonya holds a PHR Certification from SHRM and an MBA from Mississippi College. “In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends. We really just enjoy doing what most people do; dining out, traveling, visiting the country to see our family, and watching television and movies.”
